Credit packs are prepaid, non-refundable (except where the law requires a refund) and non-transferable. Credits expire 12 months after purchase, have no cash value, and are used oldest first. We email you 30 days before any credits expire. By purchasing you agree to these terms and, where you have a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that the right is lost once credits are delivered.
Auto top-up is off until you turn it on, and it stops at the monthly limit you choose.
Forge Payments: one fee per sale
Forge Payments: 13%/9%/7% + 30¢ per sale (Free/Pro/Business). That is the whole fee: card processing is included, with no second line on your statement. It gets lower as your plan grows.

Standard payouts are free and arrive on the normal schedule. For money in your bank in minutes, Forge charges 2% (minimum $1). From $20 to $9,999 per payout.

Nothing is billed past the cap you set. We warn you at 50, 80, 100% of it, before anything is charged.
No cliffs as you grow
Extra usage gets cheaper as it grows: the listed rate up to your included amount, then 90%, then 80% of it beyond five times that.
Founding price lock
Subscribe to Pro by 30 June 2027 and your price is locked for 24 months (limited places).
Credit for staying
500 AI credits for every six months you stay on a paid plan, and when a friend you refer pays for the first time, 500 credits for you and 200 for your friend.
Notice before any increase
We tell you 60 days before a list price changes, and it never changes mid-term.
